FRESH FRUIT WITH HONEYED-STRAWBERRY SAUCE

2 fresh ripe peaches, petted and peeled
2 cups diced pineapple
2 medium kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
2 tbsp lemon juice

Sauce
2 cups strawberries, hulled
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup red jelly or marmalade

Arrange first 4 fruits onto serving dishes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Sauce: Blend strawberries and honey in a blender until smooth. Set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt jelly over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add pureed strawberry mixture and stir well. Serve sauce warmed or chilled over fruit and serve. Serves 4-6
