SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

2 1/2 cups peeled, cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 stick butter (6 tbsp)

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 13x9 inch casserole dish. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400.

Combine topping ingredients and spread evenly over hot potatoes. Cover with miniature marshmallows and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 400 until marshmallows are evenly browned and melted.
