CHUNKY CHICKEN SALAD

1/2 cup creamy Italian dressing
1/2 cu chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken

Combine ingredients and toss well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
