1/3 cup wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup walnut oil and vegetable oil
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
In a small bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, stir in toasted nuts. Makes 2 cups
