1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (12 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 bag toffee bits
Combine milk and egg. Add cake mix and chopped nuts. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Top with chocolate chips and toffee bits. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
NOTE: Better if made 1 day ahead.
