CRAB QUICHE

4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can (7.5 oz.) crab meat
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 (9”) unbaked pie crust

Combine the eggs and cream and beat well. Stir in the dry mustard, chives and salt. Add the crab and cheese. Blend well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375. for 30 - 40 minutes or until set.
