CHEERIO-CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER BARS

1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup peanut butter
3 cup Cheerios
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Butter 9 inchx9 inchx2 inch pan. In large pan heat syrup, sugar and salt to boiling. Stir in peanut butter, remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over Cheerios and chocolate chips. Refrigerate 1 hour.
