BEEF & CHEDDAR ROLL-UPS

1 (8 oz) pkg cream, softened to room temperature
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
5, 6 inch to 8 inch round flour tortillas
10 thin slices deli roast beef
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Mix cream cheese, horseradish and mustard together. Beat until smooth. Spread tortillas with cream cheese mixture, about 3 tbsp on each tortilla. Lay 1 slice roast beef on each tortilla, over cream cheese. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over roast beef. Lay 1 slice roast beef on top of cheese. Roll up each tortilla tightly, jelly roll style. Wrap each one in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for about 6 hours or overnight. Unwrap and slice each tortilla roll into 6, 1 inch thick slices.
