CITRUS PORK MARINADE

1 cup salsa
1/2 cup lime juice and beer or water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp snipped cilantro
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground red and black peppers

Combine and pour over pork and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before cooking. Enough for about 1 1/2 pounds.
