CHUCK ROAST MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/3 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp oil and soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard and salt
1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder

Mix all ingredients and place meat in. Turning occasionally. Let marinate at least 24 hours, then put on hot grill and barbeque until rare to well done. This is great for any type of red meat.
