TOMATO BASIL MARINADE

1/3 cup fresh basil and scallions, chopped
5 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients. Pour over meat in a resealable bag. Marinade 2-4 hours in refrigerator, turning and mixing several times. Drain. Grill meat. Good for fish.
