3-4 cups oil
12 oz pepper jack cheese, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
24 wonton wrappers
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup bottled sweet and sour sauce

Heat oil to 375. Place 1 cup cheese in center of each wonton wrapper. Fold wrapper in half to form a triangle. Seal edges. Place 6-8 wontons in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel and serve with sauce. Sauce: Combine cream cheese and sweet and sour sauce. Stir until smooth.
