CHEESE ONION PUFFS

Category: Bruschetta, Crostini and Canapes

1/2 small yellow onion, finely chopped
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp Parmigianino Reggiano, grated
2 tbsp fine chopped parsley
8 slices bread

Preheat oven to 350. Remove crusts with bread and press a cookie cutter on each slice and place on a cookie sheet and bake without turning until golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Mix first 5 ingredient.

Preheat broiler. Spread bread slices with mixture. Sprinkle with additional Parmigianino Reggiano and brown in broiler 1-2 minutes.
