1 (8 oz) wheel of brie
1 large bunch seedless green grapes
Nonstick spray or vegetable oil
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
Thin gingersnaps or crackers

Place cheese on large, round serving platter. Cut small wedge out of cheese and turn it on its side on top of round.

Leave washed grapes attached to stems. Put on rack and spring with cooking spray or oil. Put sugar through a fine sieve and shake it over gropes until they are lightly covered. Drape grapes on top of cheese, allow to cascade off edge.

Surround cheese with gingersnaps or cookes. Sit at room temperature but not more than 8 hours.
