Glazed Carrots with Brown Sugar and Orange Zest

1 1/2 pounds carrots
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon orange peel, grated
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

(1) Add carrots. Cover and heat to boiling; cook until tender about 25 minutes. Drain.

(2) In large skillet, cook and stir brown sugar, salt, orange peel and butter until bubbly.

(3) Add carrots; cook over low heat; stirring occasionally about 5 minutes or until carrots are glazed and heated through.
