1 pork tenderloin
Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger and sesame oil
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp sesame seeds
Combine first 4 ingredients of marinade in a resealable bag. Add pork, turning to coat. Seal bag and refrigerate for 1 hour turning occasionally. Remove pork from bag and discard marinade. On a shallow plate, mix together honey and sugar. Roll the tenderloin in the sugar mixture, coating all sides. Roll tenderloin in sesame seeds to cover meat.
Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals for indirect heat. Place the tenderloin over drip pan for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 155. Let tenderloin rest for 15 minute to bring temperature to 160 degrees. Slice meat and serve.
