1/4 cup honey, soy sauce and oyster sauce
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic and ketchup
1/4 tsp onion powder , cayenne pepper and cinnamon
2 (11-oz.) pork tenderloins
Fresh parsley sprigs

In medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, ketchup, onion powder, cayenne and cinnamon; mix well. Place pork in 11x7 inch baking dish. Pour honey mixture over pork. Cover; marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours.

Grill 4 to 6 inch from medium coals. Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees., turning frequently and basting with marinade.* Arrange in thin slices on serving platter. Garnish with parsley. TIP *To reuse marinade; bring to a boil over high heat before using. Serves 6
