YAMS WITH BOURBON AND BROWN SUGAR

4 cups sliced cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 lb butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 tsp cinnamon

In medium heavy sauce pan combine butter, brown sugar, bourbon, and cinnamon. Cook until the brown sugar dissolves. Place cooked sliced sweet potatoes in buttered baking dish. Pour syrup over the potatoes and bake at 350for 20 minutes.
