FRENCH TOASTED BRIOCHE

6 eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp Grand Marnier
2 tbsp sugar
Dash kosher salt
8 slices brioche bread
4 tbsp melted butter
Confectioners sugar
4 tbsp whipped cream or whipped topping
In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; whisk until smooth and well-blended. Soak slices of bread in mixture about 20-30 seconds on each side. Heat a skillet and brush with melted butter. Cook bread slices until golden, about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with confectioners sugar, top with whipped cream and serve with warm maple syrup. Serves 4
