FRENCH TOAST WITH RASPBERRY CREAM SAUCE

1 cup evaporated milk
2 large eggs
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
8 (1 inch) thick slices of French bread
2 cups crushed corn flakes
Confectioners sugar

Raspberry Cream Sauce
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen raspberries, thawed
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Garnish
1/2 pint fresh raspberries

In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Dip bread slices into the mixture and coat each slice cereal. Heat a buttered skillet and cook each piece until golden and crisp.
Sauce: Mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve.

To serve, place 2 pieces of toast on each plate and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Garnish with raspberry cream and fresh raspberries.
