CHICKEN SANDWICH SEASONINGS AND TOPPINGS

4 chicken fillets
4 kaiser rolls
Lettuce
Cheese

Grill, bake or broil. Top on buns with desired toppings, see below:

Cajun Seasonings and Toppings
Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning before cooking. Top cooked chicken with pepperjack cheese. Spread buns with thousand island salad dressing mixed with a few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce and top with roasted red sweet pepper strips.

Pizza Seasonings and Toppings
Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning before cooking. Top cooked chicken with mozzarella cheese. Spread buns with pizza sauce and top with roasted red sweet pepper strips or other thinly sliced vegetables.

Barbecue Seasonings and Toppings
Sprinkle chicken with chili powder before cooking. Top cooked chicken with cheddar cheese. Spread buns with barbecue sauce and top with bacon and/or fresh onion rings
