JALAPENO CORNBREAD QUICK BREAD

2 cups cornmeal
16 oz sour cream
3 eggs (beaten)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 large can cream style corn
1 small can chopped jalapenos or 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together well. Can be baked in muffin pans or 13x9 inch pan. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
