2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup paprika
Combine all in a small bowl and mix well; use as a dry rub on beef, chicken, lamb or pork.
