CHEESE HAM QUICK BREAD

6 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp paprika
1 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced smoked ham
2 eggs beaten
2/3 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan with a little butter and place some parchment paper on the bottom. Sift the flour, salt, baking powder, paprika into a large bowl. Cut the butter into the flour mixture till the butter is a pea size. Add in the grated cheese and the diced ham. Add in the eggs and the milk. Mix together till well combined. Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack. Makes 1 loaf
