SWISS CHOCOLATE-CREAM CHEESE CAKE

3 cup flour
2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cup water
1 cup oil
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla
16 oz chocolate chips

Mix first 10 ingredients and pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan.

Filling
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 egg
2/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix ingredients for filling and spoon it over the cake batter and swirl it around with a knife.
