GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup coconut
1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
1 lb confectioners sugar, sifted
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, softened

Grease and flour a 13x9 inch baking pan. Put coconut and pecans in bottom of pan. Mix cake according to package directions. Pour over nuts and coconut. Mix remaining ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on top of cake. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
