HOT BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 cu sour cream
1 envelop ranch salad dressing mix
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Blanched broccoli flowerettes and red pepper strips, garnish

Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended. Stir in broccoli and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese. Spoon into a pie plate. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese has melted. Garnish as desired.

Serve with bread, crackers or assorted cut-up vegetables.
