CHICKEN WITH TEQUILLA LIME SAUCE

4 boneless chicken breast halves

Marinade
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/3 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/4 cup oLive oil
3 tsp grated lime peels
1/3 cup fresh lime juice

Mix marinade and coat chicken. Cover and seal for as long as you wish, do not go past 24 hours. Heat gas grill for direct heat. Grill chicken for 12 minutes per side.
