1 lb lump crab meat
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp capers
1 very small onion, diced
3 tbsp celery, diced
Combine ingredients; tossing until well mixed. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
