SWEET SWEET POTATOES - Crock pot

2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
1/3 cu honey
1/4 cup melted butter, flaked coconut and toasted broken pecans
1/4 tsp cinnamon, coconut extract and vanilla extract

In a crock pot, combine ingredients except extracts. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. Stir in extracts.
