BEEF STROGANOFF BAKE

1 (40-oz) pkg STOUFFERS Skillets Beef Stroganoff, prepared according to package directions
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups crushed herb seasoned stuffing

Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat; add onion. Cook until lightly browned. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Remove skillet from heat. Add stuffing; stir to coat with cream cheese. Combine beef stroganoff and mushrooms in a large oven-safe skillet. Cover; cook over high for heat 3 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with stuffing. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until stuffing is lightly browned. Serves 4
