SAUCE FOR ITALIAN DISHES

1 1/2 lbs beef short ribs
4 large cloves garlic, crushed
3 quarts tomato juice
1 large can tomato paste
Italian seasonings, to taste
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper

In olive oil, fry garlic and brown off the short ribs. Add the tomato juice and paste. Add spices, salt and pepper, to taste. Slow boil for 30 minutes. Cover and cook for 2 hours, add water occasionally when the sauce gets thick.
