SWISS CHEESE MUSHROOMS

2 lbs fresh mushrooms, in 1/4 inch slices
1 medium onion, chopped
4 tbsp butter
2 tsp lemon juice
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter. Add chopped onion. Cover and cook until mushrooms are just tender; drain. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salt, pepper and flour. Stir into mushrooms and blend well. Place mixture into a 13x9 inch baking pan and sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Cover and refrigerate.

When ready to serve, bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serves 8-10
