PLOYNESIAN CHICKEN WINGS

3 lbs chicken wings, separated
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup orange juice and pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice and red wine
3 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey.

Place wing pieces in a resealable bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over wings. Let marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 325. When ready to cook, remove wings from marinade and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with marinade occasionally. Bake for 1 hour; then broil on both sides until crispy.
