TERIYAKI WINGS

Category: Wings

2 lbs chicken wings
2 cups teriyaki or soy sauce and water
1 tbsp fresh ginger
2 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp sesame oil

Wash wings and put in a large bowl. Combine teriyaki sauce with sesame oil and blend well. Pour mixture over chicken and marinate for 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 325. Put wings in roasting pan and bake 2-3 hours; basting occasionally. Serve hot.
