1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup flour, moe if needed
1/2 tsp baking powder and cinnamon
Chocolate kisses
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients until creamy. Add egg. Stir in dry ingredients. If dough is too sticky, add more flour (in 1/8 cup increments). Touch should be soft enough to wrap around the kisses, but not so sticky that you can not get if off your hands. Cover dough in plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour. Wrap about 1 tsp dough around each kiss. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and allow to cool.
