AMISH BLUEBERRY CAKE

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups blueberries, well drained

Topping
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cream first 3 ingredients until egg is lemon colored. Stir in milk. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Gently fold in blueberries Spread into a greased and floured 9 inch square baking pan. Combine topping ingredients with pastry until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
