CREAMY BROCCOLI BAKE

Category: Broccoli

1 large head broccoli (about 8 cups) cut into medium florets
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

Steam the florets until just fork tender (do not cook until very soft as they will cook more in the oven) allow to drain well on paper towels.

In a bowl combine the mayonnaise with sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper; whisk/mix until smooth and well combined. Mix in both onions and shredded cheese, then mix in the broccoli florets. Transfer to baking dish, then sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
