GERMAN CHOCOLATE SNACK CAKE

1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
1 eggs
1/2 cup copped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup butter, melted

16 oz pkg confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
3 eggs
Ice cream or whipped topping

Preheat oven to 300. Stir together first 4 ingredients; press mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Beat together next 3 ingredients until creamy. Spoon mixture over batter in pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool and cut into squares. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
