SWISS STEAK- Crock pot

2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme, pepper and garlic powder
1 1/2 to 2 lbs round steak, cut into serving pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 can tomato soup or stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp vinegar

Combine flour and seasonings and pound mixture into steak. Brown steak in butter and onion. Add remaining ingredients and place in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Serves 4-6
