DRUNKEN BURGERS

Drunken sauce
1/4 cup bbq sauce
4 tbsp Jack Daniels
1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp molasses

Burgers
2 1/2 lb ground chuck
2 tbsp whiskey
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare grill. While grill is heating up, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine burger ingredients and form into 6 patties. Cook burgers 7-9 minutes; turning every 3 minutes.
