CRAB AND COUNTRY HAM

6-8 very thin slice country ham, cooked
1 lb backfin crabmeat
1/2 tsp dry mustard and thyme
1-2 lemons
1/4 cup melted butter
Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper
Butter bottom of a shallow casserole dish. Line dish with cold, slices of ham, making sure the bottom and sides are covered. Mix crab carefully in a bowl with mustard and seasonings. Spread mixture over ham slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Then pour melted butter all over. Place under the broiler until crab is slightly brown and bubbly and ham is warmed through. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8
