CRAB AND CORN CAKES

1 cup corn
2 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup crab
1/2 cup flour
2 green onions, chopped

Blend 1/2 cup corn and next 3 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Add remaining corn, crab and onions with enough flour to make thick mixture. Form into patties and fry in skillet until golden brown on each side.
