1 (6 oz) pkg feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts, optional
2 oz sun-dried tomatoes, softened
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp chopped black olives, drained
In food processor, combine first 7 ingredients in and plus to blend the mixture until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Blend olives with a spoon. Refrigerate until serving. Serve on toasted triangles of pita bread.
