GARLICY SPINACH SPREAD

1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tsp bottled roasted garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
1 each (8 oz and 3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened, cut up
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Crackers

In a saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add both pkg cream cheese and spinach; cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted mixture is heated through. Serve with crackers.
