GARLIC ALMOND SPREAD

3 tbsp almonds, toasted and chopped
12 garlic cloves, peeled
3 tbsp olive oil
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, roughly chopped
2 shallots, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup heavy cream
After toasting almonds, lower heat to 275 and bake garlic in the oil until softened. Cover to prevent browning. Let cool and blend the garlic mixture in a food processor.
Add next 4 ingredients; blend well. Add nuts and spices, blend again. Place mixture in a mixing bowl. Whip the cream and fold into the mixture. Pour into a serving and chill at least 2 hours. Serve at room temperature.
