DILLY SHRIMP SPREAD

1/2 lb small cooked shrimp
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
1 (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of salt
Crackers, little bread rounds, or sliced cucumbers
Rinse shrimp, pat dry. Chop shrimp finely and toss with lemon juice. Mash and stir softened butter and cream cheese together until well blended. Add and mix in garlic, dill and salt; then stir in shrimp. Serve with crackers, little bread rounds or sliced cucumbers. Makes about 11/2 cups
