TURKEY PESTO CHEESEBURGERS

8 oz lean ground turkey
2 tbsp basil pesto
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 slices provolone cheese
2 kaiser rolls, split, toasted
Garnish: tomato slices and lettuce leaves

In a medium bowl, gently mix together the first 4 ingredients. Shape into 2 patties. Heat oil in a skillet. Add patties; cook 6-8 minutes or until browned and not longer pink in center, turning once. Top with cheese. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 1 minute or until cheese melts. Serve on rolls with lettuce and tomato.
