4 cups pecans
2 cups crushed vanilla wafer cookies
1 cup confectioners sugar
4 jiggers bourbon
3 tbsp corn syrup
butter

Roughly chop pecans and reserve 2 cups. Finely grind the remaining pecans. Combine the finely chopped pecans, crushed cookies, bourbon and syrup. Coat fingertips with softened butter to help roll. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls using an ice cream scoop. Roll in chopped pecans. Arrange on platter to serve.
