HERBED CHEESE-STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1 (12 oz) carton large fresh mushrooms
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary and thyme
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of salt, pepper and ground nutmeg

Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Combine cream cheese and next 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Pipe cream cheese mixture into mushroom caps. Place on a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
